Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges and times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
For simple flat rate shipping: We offer $8 flat rate shipping to United States.
Use one of our teens Y.A.A. I.D. numbers for 10% and free shipping on orders of 4 or more candy bars.
Estimate Shipping rates: Between $5-$15 depending on the size of the order.
Local Delivery
Free local delivery is available for orders over $75 within Central Ohio (Columbus, suburban municipalities and nearby cities). For orders under $75, we charge $20 for local delivery.
Deliveries are made from 9:00am on Mondays through Fridays. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Office Pickup
You can skip the shipping and delivery fees on orders over $50 with free local pickup at our office located at 341 S. 3rd Street, Suite 100-362, Columbus, Ohio 43215. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 to 3 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions. .
Our office pickup hours are by appointment only. We will provide the time of days of the current or next week (if order is placed on a weekend) of when we are available for pickup but a one-hour time frame must be setup between you and our office and pickup person. Pickup orders are only allowed Mondays through Fridays. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping at this time due to the nature of our products.
How Do I Check The Status Of My Order
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at onlinesales@yaateens.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping To P.O. Boxes
We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes due to our current carrier policies.
Refund, Return and Exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at onlinesales@yaateens.org with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
